“Know your stuff: Why do you want to be in diamond sweethearts? Have an idea of what we do? When I was going through recruitment I looked at the website and past Instagram post! Become familiar with dsweets! Confidence is key: Even if you are super nervous try to look confident in your interview. You can do this by smiling, sitting up straight, making eye contact WITH EVERY OFFICER when you answer a question. Be yourself: most basic advice but we really wanna get to know you! Laugh if you think something is funny, take your time answering if you really need to think about it. don’t be fake , be yourself!! “

During your interview show the officer panel your amazing personality and don’t be afraid to laugh/make the officers laugh! Also if you don’t make it into the org your first try don’t be afraid to try again the following semester!!”
